Disappointing forecast for Cogenix

Cogenix Corp. (Nasdaq: CGNX) reported higher second
quarter revenue and earnings of 50 cents per share compared with 30 cents per share last year but the company forecast disappointing
third quarter results sending the stock price plunging $9.95 to close at $35.00.
